Jen Battistello
Jennifer has been teaching fitness classes since 2009 and is certified in STOTT PILATES mat and reformer, TRX and AFAA in group fitness. She is also a CORE instructor and has been trained in Injuries and Special Populations. After graduating with a BA in Psychology from Fordham University, Jen pursued a career in Technology in New York City then relocated back to New Hampshire where she started her fitness training career.

Jen did not care for exercise (at all) until she found Pilates. Pilates made her think about how and why her body moved as it did, which fascinated her. Pilates suited her and she stuck with it changing her body and improving her entire life. This drove her to learn more, eventually becoming an instructor. Jen does her best to bring her personal enthusiasm for intelligent exercise to every client session because of her personal experience that it works.

Allyssa Bedard
Allyssa discovered STOTT PILATES when looking for relief from chronic pain caused by a knee injury 3 years ago. After practicing Pilates for just 6 months her pain was under control and the body awareness she gain in all activities drove her to start her practice to become a STOTT PILATES instructor.

Allyssa has been a licensed massage therapist in New Hampshire since 2001. She is certified in Orthopedic Massage and works with various injuries whether from sports or daily activities. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1999 with a BA in Psychology and Women's Studies.

The practice of Holistic health methods is her passion and Allyssa is excited to add STOTT PILATES to her practice.
