Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling through each pose focusing on mindful movement. There are numerous benefits of yoga such as increased flexibility, reduced stress and anxiety, gaining strength, and improved sleep.
Our 60 minute vinyasa (flowing) style yoga class is suitable for all fitness levels. You will be guided through postures and sequences that balance strength, flexibility, breath, and mindfulness. The practice will include flowing sequences, seated postures, spinal twisting, standing postures, gentle back bends, and deep breathing. Props will be used when needed. This is an ideal class for those new to yoga, as well as the experienced student. No experience is required.
